Jaroslava started her marketing career as an assistant at the Danish company HEMPEL. Over the course of more than twenty years, she developed into an experienced manager who had the opportunity to acquire various skills and competencies in the field of marketing and business. She held various positions ranging from those of an operational nature to strategic management, and thus gained an insight into the field of marketing from various angles. Along her professional path she has also been involved with business management and customer service, leading teams of up to 10 people and those of over 30+.
As a member of management teams, she participated in the creation of corporate strategies and goals. She also has extensive experience in project management.
At VELUX, she was responsible for creating a marketing strategy and managed marketing activities such that they led to the continuous increase in knowledge and awareness of the VELUX brand on the Czech and Slovak markets. At REDA, she managed the sales team and customer service from the position of B2B sales director. She was responsible for sales results in the field of promotional and gift items, not only in the Czech and Slovak Republics, but also in selected European markets. She played a role in the creation of the product portfolio and pricing.
Professionally she has close ties to the Nordic countries, as she has worked for Scandinavian companies for a substantial part of her career, and she has a great affinity to the managerial style and values of these nations. She retains a Scandinavian clientele in her consulting portfolio.
She considers the team of people who work in the company to be an important key to success. She has experience in caring for and building corporate culture, developing and motivating people and teams, including the recruitment of new employees.
